The following hardware and software is required to electronically file, view, and retrieve documents in the CM/ECF system.

  • A computer with internet access and a compatible browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari have been tested and work well).
  • Word processing software installed on the computer to generate documents that can be converted to a portable document format (PDF) format.
  • Software to electronically convert documents to a PDF format.
  • A scanner to make PDFs of paper documents.
