Amended Creditor Matrix (Fee)

Click the Bankruptcy hyperlink on the CM/ECF Main Menu.

• Click Miscellaneous hyperlink.

• Enter Case Number, click Next.

• Select Amended Creditor Matrix (Fee), click Next.

• Select the Debtor, click Next.

• Click Next.

• Associate the pdf file of the Amended Creditor Matrix, click Next.

The following message displays:

Court Will Add Or Modify Creditor (s)

Fee: $34.00

• Click Next.

• Edit the docket text if necessary.

• Click Next.

• Review final docket text.

• Click Next.
